RESET

I'm Jacinda, an Australian-born strength and Pilates coach now based in London. I've been working in the fitness industry since 2017, and over the years I've coached across personal training, strength & conditioning, Pilates and group training.

My approach has always been about finding the sweet spot between training hard, moving well and actually enjoying the life you're living alongside it.

In 2021, I completed a six-month mentorship through AWPT (Applied Women's Physiology & Training) University, studying women's physiology, hormone health, neuroscience, pre- and post-natal training and applied nutrition. I'm now continuing that education through a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, with a particular interest in how training, nutrition and lifestyle work together to support long-term health and performance.

My coaching philosophy has also been shaped by my own experience. After navigating disordered eating patterns in my late teens and early twenties, I know firsthand how easy it is for health and fitness to become all-or-nothing. It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping people build a stronger relationship with training and food.

Whether your goal is to build strength, change your body composition, improve your fitness, feel more confident, or simply move better, I want ALIGN to give you the tools to do it in a way that actually fits your life.

WHY “ALIGN”?

ALIGN is about finding a way of training, eating and living that feels right for the season of life you're actually in.

Not constantly chasing the next goal, the next body, the next version of yourself — but learning how to meet yourself where you are, while still moving forward.

Some weeks that might mean pushing your training.
Some weeks it might mean slowing down.
Sometimes you'll want structure, and sometimes you'll need a little more freedom.

It's about knowing the difference.

ALIGN brings together strength, Pilates, movement and nutrition to help you build a body that feels strong and capable — without fitness taking over your life.

Because progress doesn't have to look the same all the time.

Train hard. Nourish well. Move often.
And stay aligned with where you are.
